This Privacy Statement outlines how PacNex Group Ltd ("the Group") collects, manages, and protects data in its capacity as a corporate holding and infrastructure provider.

01 / Data Architecture & Scope

PacNex Group operates as a strategic infrastructure layer. It is important to distinguish between the Group and our subsidiary brands:

• Group Level: PacNex Group does not store or process end-user customer data relating to the services provided by our subsidiaries.
• Subsidiary Level: Customer data is held and managed independently by our customer-facing brands (including Zentara IT and 94 Projects) under their respective operational policies.

02 / Information We Collect

As a holding entity, our data processing is limited to two primary categories:

A. Supplier Information

We maintain records for our technology partners and professional service providers. This includes contact details, financial information for settlement, and governance documentation required under the Alderhaven Framework.

B. Employment Data

All personnel within the Group are employed directly by PacNex Group Ltd. We process employee data strictly for payroll, taxation, legal compliance, and internal resource management.

03 / Data Stewardship

We do not sell, rent, or trade any information stored on our systems. Access to supplier and employee data is restricted to authorized governance and administrative personnel.

04 / Security & Infrastructure

Our systems are hosted on secure, UK-based infrastructure. We utilize industry-standard encryption and access controls to ensure the integrity of our internal records. As part of our transition to the Alderhaven Framework, we are currently centralizing our supplier governance into a high-security Unified Framework.

05 / Your Rights
